Pergotex Retractable Canopy and Sides
The Weinor Pergotex offers all year round protection from the UK weather, with a super strong PVC retractable canopy and robust aluminium framework structure incorporating rain guttering and down pipe drainage.
This particular system was originally just a retractable canopy cover, before we returned a few months later to install glass filled 'trapezium' sections to form rectangular openings and then 4 electric drop down fabric blinds to help control the wind.
The image below shows the installation nearly completed as a roof only system, cables positioned ready to receive the lights and heaters against the back wall.
When we returned the open and angled section on both sides were filled with aluminium 'trapezium' sections and toughened 8mm clear glass and the cross bar of the trapezium gives us the necessary strength and anchor point to fit the vertical fabric blind cassette housings.
The system was featured in the very popular ITV programme "Love Your Garden' as an option for a project they were working on, even though this particular system was considered too large for their requirements. The Pergotex is a made to order system so can be whatever size is required but its main function is to provide a no comprimise all year round weather protection solution wit proper rainwater dispersal and optional lighting and heating elements.
