Identita Golose Restaurant Milan
Situated in the picturesque fashion hub of Milan, the second most populous city in Italy, is the Identita Golose restaurant. The joint vision of Journalist Paolo Marchi and chef Claudio Cheroni, the Identita Golose has been named the World's first International home of Gastronomy.
Situated just a brief walk from Piazza Della Scala in the centre of Milan, and a mere stroll away from the fashion district, the Identita Golose is right at the beating heart of this fantastic city. It gives a fantastic new use to a historic part of the city, which has been home to the Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Foundation.

The idea for the Identita Golose was to act as a place to host initiatives dedicated to the restaurant industry. It would act as a teaching space as well as a multifunctional area capable of hosting large events. For this, they needed a restaurant seating area, capable of hosting roughly 50 guests.
In an outside courtyard, four Gibus Med Twist bioclimatic roof systems have been filled in with glass panels and doors, and fitted with led lighting around the inner perimeters and surrounded with fantastic looking plants.
This Med Twist system has been painted a nice colour to fit in with the rest of the building, and the use of the bioclimatic roofs allows them to protect guests underneath from any rain or cold weather, and to open it up and provide fresh air on hotter days.
