This glassroom offers an expansive and comfortable outdoor living space, suited for hosting or relaxing in the garden of this Buckinghamshire home.
Standing at 7200mm wide, and projecting 3000mm from the back wall, this Weinor Terraza glassroom is nestled neatly in the existing shape of the house. The glass overhang offers additional cover from the elements in the unfortunate case of rain, but the glass roof is tinted grey to provide some shading in the more fortunate case of sun. Truly a glassroom for all conditions. This particular glassroom features a shallow pitch on the roof, given it's proximity to other features of the house.
The front elevation features 3 sets of W17c sliding doors, allowing the space to be fully opened up to the garden on those brighter, lighter days. On the left hand elevation is 2 superlite glass panels, and one sandblasted panel, smartly blending the glassroom and house together.
Built into the rafters of this glassroom are state-of-the-art LED lights, providing additional light and a stylish modern finish. The glassroom is also fitted with 4 infrared heaters, offering the option to stay in the glassroom in the colder months. These features make the space practical and dynamic, able to be used in all seasons for all reasons.
This installation also features Millboard Composite Decking, which not only fills the glassroom, but extends a further 3.5 metres outward, offering a fantastic decking area for outdoor dining, barbecues, or any other event.
Combining the decking area with fully opened sliding doors, the space subtly blends the indoor and outdoor areas, offering a wonderful space in a wonderful garden. Finally, the room is finished with Metallic Trend Colour (WT029), a timeless choice.
